One Writer's Beginnings Summary & Study Guide

Thoughts actually reading and studying the short story by a guy who's read and written about a lot of short stories. An old college chum of mine, Donna Lander, sent me a link to the recent issue of Smithsonian Magazine , which has a picture story about Eudora Welty, focusing primarily on her Depression era photography.

The article is worth taking a look at if you love Welty, as I do.
