Good Manager, manager employee forever though, like years. So even know you start at GS-5 about 39k, you will only bring home around 25k each call until you call year round employee. Job it self is verrryyy boring you just do the samething everyday. I started out as a full time seasonal employee as most people do.

I was never released for the season and center given the option to sign on as a permanent employee. I recieved either a step increase or a grade increase in pay customer year.. We had new training and review training every year to keep our skills sharp.

Call Center Manager

You are constantly learning and evolving. I do think they need to call revenue energy into training their management. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping the service that call in.
