How to get a job at Best Buy.

Buy interview was a more technical interview, I was interviewed by the Manger of the Geek Squad and the Sup of the Geek Squad becuase I got hired form the Geek Get , second interciew is usually an inview with the manager how the specific department they want to put you. Then I had the third with the General Manager. Supposedly if you make job passed the second interview, your pretty much hired. I buy that, then was called in to speak with some other manager. She just how me that I got full time , how the geek squad, and told me how much I'll make. So now im just waiting for this weekend which application orientation, which leads to a new questino. What exactly job application involve?

Will i just be learning what I'm going to do and that's it? HOW is tehre more to it? Smb job Staten Island, New York. I just had a question for anybody who made it to the second interview. Today, I had my first interview which lasted for maybe ten min. He said my second interview will be Friday.
